Direction Indicator Lamp Housing, Guide Pin

1. Identify the type of plastic. See Plastic codes, temperature and welding wire or Plastic code table.
2. Select the correct welding wire and set the welding gun to an operating temperature appropriate for the plastic type. See Plastic code table.
3. Tack the guide pin in place by heating with the welding gun. Check the position.







4. Thin the welding wire.
5. Weld the guide pin in place. Check the marking on the direction indicator housing and find the correct welding wire in the welding wire table.







6. Allow the weld to cool.
7. Grind the weld joint as necessary.
