Drive Belt: Service and Repair

Drive belt, auxiliary assembly (poly-V)

To remove
1. Raise the car and undo the front part of the right wing liner.
2. Relieve the belt tensioner using 83 96 095 Belt circuit relieving tool B207 and remove the belt.





To fit
1. Relieve the belt tensioner using 83 96 095 Belt circuit relieving tool B207 and refit the drive belt.
2. Check the belt position on all pulleys.





3. Fit the screws and nut for the right wing liner.
4. Lower the car, start the engine and check the belt function.
