Brake Switch (Cruise Control): Description and Operation
Brake Switch, Cruise Control (134), ME9Main taskThe control module uses brake switch information to disengage cruise control.
TypeThe switch opens when the pedal is depressed.
ConnectionWhen the brake pedal is depressed, B+ to control module pin 42(B) is interrupted, at which point the control module pin sinks to ground potential.
