Cylinder Head Torque and Sequence





Stage 1: 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2: Tighten the bolts 120°
*Use New Head Bolts

Intake Manifold Torque

Intake Manifold, Upper
Intake manifold bolts 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
Throttle body bolts 9 Nm (7 ft. lbs.).

Intake Manifold, Lower
Intake manifold bolts 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).

Camshaft Bearing Cap Torque and Sequence

Bearing Cap Bolts 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)
Tighten the bolts in stages 1/2 to 1 turn

Exhaust Manifold Torque

Exhaust Manifold 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
