Procedures
Grille, Attachment Clip 1.
Identify the type of plastic.
2.
Select the correct welding rod and set the correct work temperature in the welding pistol so that it is suitable for the type of plastic in question.
Heat the clip and tack it in place. Use the tack welding tip.
3.
Weld the clip in place with welding filler.
4.
Allow the weld to cool.
5.
Grind the weld if required.
6.
Paint the weld.
