Voltage Vs Pressure Differential:






Power supply 5 V

Differential Pressure
-2.5 kPa (-0.25 bar) approx. 0.5 V
0 kPa (0 bar) approx. 2.5
2.5 kPa (0.025 bar) approx. 4.5

The pressure sensor indicates the difference between the pressure in the tank and the atmospheric pressure and delivers a proportional voltage to the control module.

It is our attempt to give you the ALLDATA customer the available data in a useable format that enables you to help your customers. The one piece of data that is most consistant (or perhaps least inconsistant) is that when the pressure outside the tank and the pressure inside of the tank are equal, the sensor returns approximately 2.5 volts to the control module on terminal 59.
