Air Injection Control Valve: Service and Repair

Valve, Secondary Air Injection

To remove
1. Remove Intake manifold, upper.
2. Remove Intake manifold, lower.
3. Cover over inlet ports.





4. Remove the valve's bolts (A).
5. Remove the quick coupling for the intake manifold, secondary air injection (B).

To fit
1. Fit the valve using a new gasket.





2. Fit the quick coupling for the intake manifold, secondary air injection (B).
3. Fit the valve's bolts (A).
4. Remove the protector for the inlet ports.
5. Fit Intake manifold, lower.
6. Fit Intake manifold, upper
