Glass Breakage Sensor, Front (5D)

To remove







1. Remove the lens cover from the centre ceiling lamp by pulling it downward.
2. Remove the switch panel on the ceiling lamp by releasing the belt tongues on the LH and RH sides with a small screwdriver.
3. Detach the two connectors for the sensor. Remove the sensor from the lens cover.

To fit







1. Plug in the sensor connectors.
2. Fit the switch panel onto the ceiling lamp.
3. Fit the lens cover onto the ceiling lamp.

IMPORTANT: In order to obtain the correct function and sensitivity of the anti-theft alarm, it is essential the correct variant of glass breakage sensor is used. There are two types of sensor: one for cars with fabric seat covers and one for cars with leather seats.
