Lamp Housing For Direction Indicators, Guide Pin

1. Identify the type of plastic.
2. Select the correct welding filler and set the temperature of the welding gun so that it agrees with the type of plastic.
3. Tack the guide pin in place by heating it with the welding gun. Check its position.







4. Cut the end of the welding rod to a point.
5. Weld the guide pin in place. Check the stamp on the direction indicator housing and refer to the welding rod table to ensure you choose the correct welding filler.







6. Allow the weld to cool.
7. Grind the weld if required.
