Cooling Line Replace

1. Remove air cleaner cover, then three air box attaching bolts.

2. Depress cooler line to transaxle plastic tabs, the pull connector rearward with retainer on cooler line.

3. Raise and support vehicle, then remove front splash shield.

4. Using suitable line wrench, remove transaxle cooler line from radiator.




5. Remove plastic retainer from line, then using suitable small screwdriver, pry tabs away from line far enough to slip retainer over rib on lines.

6. Inspect plastic retainer for cracks or damage, replace as required.

7. Remove transaxle cooler line fitting is leak is indicated.

8. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten attaching bolts to specifications.
