Timing Cover: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove accessory drive belt,
idler pulley, tensioner, crankshaft damper and power steering pump.
3.
Remove front cover attaching bolts.
4.
Using suitable screwdriver, pry front cover at upper and lower corners to remove.
5.
Reverse procedure to install.
