Fluid Level Checking Procedure

1. Start engine and allow to reach normal operating temperature.
2. Position vehicle on level surface.
3. Apply parking brake.
4. Move selector through all gears.
5. Move gear selector to P (park) position.
6. Allow engine to idle for three minutes with accessories off.
7. Check fluid level, color and condition.
