Tube Module Assembly Removal

Throttle Body Exploded View.:

REMOVAL

1. Remove tube module attachment screws.

2. Remove tube module assembly with gasket and discard unless tube module is going to be reused with a new throttle body.

3. Clean old gasket material from surface of throttle body to ensure proper seal of new gasket.

INSTALLATION

1. Install tube module assembly gasket.
NOTE: Locate gasket on locating pin.

2. Install tube module assembly.

3. Install tube module assembly attachment screws.
^ Metal Tube Module Torque: 3 Nm (27 in lbs)
^ Plastic Tube Module Torque: 2 Nm (18 in lbs)
