Power Door Lock Actuator

REMOVAL

1. Remove outer door panel.
2. Remove inner door trim panel and insulator.
3. Partially remove rear half of water shield to access actuator attachment rivets.
4. Disconnect actuator from lock rod. Disconnect wiring harness. Drive rivet center pin rearward enough to allow head of rivet to be drilled. Drill out rivet and remove actuator.

INSTALLATION

1. Install actuator with rivets. Connect wiring harness and connect actuator to lock rod.
2. Install rear half of water shield.
3. Install inner door insulator and trim panel.
4. In stall outer door panel.
