Left Side Body Splice Pack


Location: Left side under driver's seat.

The left side body splice pack provides a ground path for the left side body harness. If one of the following systems is operating normally, the ground circuit is most likely good.

- Dome lamp

- Doorjamb switches

- Sunroof

Check for OPENS/SHORTS.

Repair as needed.

If this component is good go to the next item indicated on the "Complaint-Condition" chart.


Circuit 550ZZ


Location: Connects the left side body splice pack connector cavity H to body ground ring terminal.

Type: Black 18 gage wire.

Function: This circuit provides ground for the left side body splice pack.

Check for OPENS/SHORTS.

Repair as needed.

If this component is good go to the next item indicated on the "Complaint-Condition" chart.


Circuit 550N


Location: Connects Circuit 550GG at inline connector cavity D to the left side body splice pack connector cavity J.

Type: Black 22 gage wire.

Function: This is the ground circuit for the power sunroof system.

Check for OPENS/SHORTS.

Repair as needed.

If this component is good go to the next item indicated on the "Complaint-Condition" chart.


Circuit 550GG


Location: Connects the power sunroof unit cavity B to circuit 550N at inline connector cavity D.

Type: Black 22 gage wire.

Function: This circuit provides ground for the power sunroof system.

Check for OPENS/SHORTS.

Repair as needed.

If this component is good go to the next item indicated on the "Complaint-Condition" chart.
