1. Remove Data Link Connector (DLC) and steering column filler panel screws.
2. Remove hood release cable from lever.
3. Remove steering column filler panel.
4. Disconnect ignition switch electrical connector at right steering column bolt.
5. Remove steering column bolts, then lower column onto front seat.
6. Remove two push pin fasteners in top portion of instrument cluster trim bezel and pull trim bezel rearward at side clip locations.
7. Remove connector locking pins and disconnect electrical connectors from instrument cluster by depressing tabs on each side of connector.
8. Remove front and rear instrument cluster screws, Fig. 6.
9. Remove instrument cluster.
10. Reverse procedure to install. Torque steering column bolts to 26 ft. lbs.
