Minimum Air Idle Speed:
^ Neutral 0 rpm (stall) to 700 rpm

NOTE: Do not adjust minimum idle speed. Minimum idle air speed refers to the engine rpm achieved when the air bypass port, in the throttle body is intentionally plugged for testing purposes.
