ASSEMBLE

1. Press new differential bearings into differential case using press tool No. SA9120T, or equivalent. Ensure bearings are seated.

2. Install differential thrust liner as follows:

a. Roll up liner and insert into differential case.

b. Align liner inside case so side gear section with alignment ring sets into pocket on ring gear side case.

3. Place side gears into position in housing and hold in position.

4. Install pinion on tabbed side of thrust liner, then pull liner partially over pinion gear.

5. Place second pinion opposite first installed pinion, then pull thrust liner out to align pinion shaft hole in cover and pinion.

6. Rotate pinions and thrust liner until aligned with pinion shaft bore in housing. Ensure side gears are properly positioned.

7. Install pinion shaft and roll pin. Ensure roll pin is flush with case. Use new roll pin if bearings were removed.
