Disassemble

DISASSEMBLE
1. Install suitable holder under third driven gear, then use suitable press to remove fifth gear bearing, inner race and thrust washer.

Remove input shaft bearing, then the fourth drive gear thrust washer, drive gear, blocker ring and spring.

3. Remove fourth gear bearing, then the race.

4. Remove 3-4 synchronizer sleeve, then the hub. Synchronizer hub and sleeve must be kept together as matched set. Note spline alignment marks on hub and sleeve.

5. Remove third gear blocker ring and spring, then the third drive gear and bearing.
