Installation

1. Position stop lamp switch to vehicle and install bolt.

IMPORTANT: There is a tab on the stop lamp switch that fits into a slotted hole. This tab keeps the stop lamp switch parallel to the brake pedal. Before tightening the bolt, be sure that the plunger is fully depressed with the brake pedal released.

2. Connect electrical connector to stop lamp switch.
3. Connect negative battery cable.

Torque: 17 Nm (151 inch lbs.)

4. Adjust stop lamp switch. (Refer to "Stop Lamp Switch Adjustment".)
5. Set clock.
