61. Oil Pan Installation

1. Make sure that oil pan and mounting surface on lower crankcase are free of all oil and debris.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that there is not any excessive RTV around oil pickup gallery flame area.

2. Apply a 2 mm bead of RTV Loctite (R) 5900.

3. Install oil pan.

4. Install oil pan bolts finger tight then tighten using torque sequence.
- Torque: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.) in sequence.
