Child Comfort Guide

REMOVAL




1. Remove rear seat bolster.
a. Reach down into corner of rear seat cushion to expose bolster retaining tab.
b. Bend bolster retaining tab upward.
c. Lower rear seat back.
d. Starting at bottom, pull forward to disengage bolster from retaining tab then pull upward to disengage upper attachment.




2. Remove shoulder belt from comfort guide.
3. Remove comfort guide retainer and remove comfort guide.

INSTALLATION




1. Install comfort guide with comfort guide retainer.
2. Install comfort guide to shoulder belt.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT IS NOT CAUGHT BEHIND BOLSTER WHEN INSTALLING BOLSTER.

3. Install rear seat bolster.
a. Position bolster onto upper bolster attachment.
b. Push down on bolster to engage upper attachment and push bolster back over retaining tab.
c. Bend retaining tab down to fasten bolster.
d. Raise rear seat back.




4. Check function of rear seat shoulder belt assembly for proper operation.
