49. Drive, Driven Sprockets and Drive Link Assemble

Tools Required
- J29569-1 Turbine Shaft Seal Installer
- J29569-2 Turbine Shaft Seal Sizer





1. In order to assemble new Teflon(TM) seals onto turbine shaft, perform the following procedure:
a. Slide both halves of the J29569-1 over turbine shaft.
b. Coat J29569-1 with transaxle fluid.
c. Use your fingers in order to guide new Teflon(TM) seals over J29569-1 and into seal ring grooves on turbine shaft.
d. Remove J29569-1 when seals are in place.
e. Size new Teflon(TM) seals. Use both halves of J29569-2.
f. In order to properly size seals, keep J29569-2 in place for five minutes.





2. Assemble drive sprocket onto turbine shaft.
3. Retain drive sprocket with turbine shaft to drive sprocket snap ring.
