73. Low and Reverse Servo Assemble and Installation

1. Assemble servo cushion springs and servo piston onto servo pin.
2. Install snap ring onto servo pin in order to retain servo cushion springs and servo piston.
3. Assemble new seals onto servo piston and servo cover.
4. Assemble servo piston assembly into servo cover. Lubricate piston seals with transaxle fluid in order to aid in assembly.





5. Install servo return spring into transaxle case.
6. Install the servo cover and piston assembly over the servo return spring.

NOTICE: Hand start and tighten servo cover bolts evenly to prevent damage to servo cover bore.

7. Install servo cover bolts. Hand start bolts.
Torque: 12 Nm (9 ft. lbs.)
