10. Case Side Cover Removal

1. Rotate the transaxle so that side cover faces upward.

IMPORTANT: Note the location of side cover studs so they can be installed in same locations.

2. Remove side cover bolts or studs.

NOTICE: Pry on side cover near locating dowel pins to prevent damage to sealing surfaces.

3. Remove transaxle side cover.
4. Remove two side cover gaskets and side cover to driven support thrust washer, if they did not remain with the side cover.
