Washer Hose (Front)




REMOVAL
1. Remove two washer nozzle hole plugs under hood to access washer hoses.
2. Using a small screwdriver release washer nozzle by depressing two tangs from underside of hood.
3. Remove hoses from washer nozzles.
4. To route new hose, install new hose to old hose on passenger side only by forcing each end of hose over a 6 mm stud or equivalent.
5. Tape around the joint where the two hoses meet to additionally secure.
6. Remove old hose through driver's side washer nozzle installation hole from the under side of hood.
7. Remove drivers side washer hose through driver's side washer nozzle installation hole from underside of hood.

INSTALLATION
1. Reconnect washer hoses to washer nozzles.
2. Connect passenger side washer hose to Y fitting on drivers side of vehicle.
3. Visually inspect hose routing to ensure correct routing away from sharp corners and no pinched hoses.
4. Visually inspect and operate to ensure no leakage in system or hoses.
5. Install two washer nozzle hole plugs.
6. Operate washer system to verify correct washer and wiper operation.
