Idle Speed: Adjustments
DTC P0507 - Idle Speed High
The electronic throttle control body controls the idle speed by allowing a controlled amount of air to enter the intake manifold. Actual idle sped is continuously compared to commanded idle speed. This code will set if the actual speed is at least 200 rpm greater than the commanded value or if the vehicle has experienced fuel cut-off more than three times during one idle period.
