Air Pump Bracket




REMOVAL
1. Disconnect air pump harness connector.
2. Remove air pump wiring harness from bracket.
3. Remove air pump outlet air hose.
4. Remove air pump bracket bolts.
5. Remove air pump/bracket assembly from vehicle.
6. Remove air pump mounting bolt.
7. Remove air pump from bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. Install air pump into air pump bracket.
2. Install and torque bolt.

Torque: 5.5 N.m (49 in-lbs)

3. Install air pump/bracket assembly into vehicle.

IMPORTANT: Make sure gaskets are installed correctly or a leak will occur. If gaskets are removed from studs, replace with new gaskets.

4. Install and torque bracket bolts.

Torque: 25 N.m (18 ft-lbs)

5. Connect air pump harness connector.
6. Install air pump wiring harness terminal on bracket.
