ASSEMBLY

NOTICE: The new ball stud is bolted to control arm. The special bolts and nuts come with new ball stud.

NOTICE: Prior to installing new ball stud dirt must be cleaned off mounting surfaces for ball stud and bolts.

1. Install ball stud into control arm.





2. Install ball stud to control arm bolts and nuts. (as shown)
Torque: Ball Stud-to-Control Arm Bolts and Nuts: 35 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)





3. Using Bushing press KM-508-1, KM-508-2 and KM-508-3 press in front control arm bushing.





4. Using special tools KM-907-23, KM-907-24 and KM-671 press in rear control arm bushings.
