QUARTER GLASS

REMOVAL




1. Lower rear seat back.
2. Remove C-pillar trim.
3. Mark quarter glass and body with grease pencil to assist in alignment upon installation.
4. Remove retaining nuts from quarter glass.
5. Remove quarter glass.
6. Remove sealing caulk from glass surface.

INSTALLATION




1. Install sealing caulk around perimeter of glass.
2. Position quarter glass in opening. If using old quarter glass, align to previously marked position.
3. Install nuts to quarter glass.

Torque:
Quarter Glass Nuts (Sedan): 2 N.m (18 in-lbs)

4. Install C-pillar trim.
5. Watertest vehicle using soft spray.
6. Inspect for leaks from inside car.
