Fuel Filler Grommet Replacement

Removal

1. Open the fuel filler door and remove the fuel filler cap safety strap from the fuel filler door hinge.
2. Remove the quarter outer panel. Refer to "Quarter Outer Panel" removal procedure in this service manual.
3. Remove the fuel filler cap from the fuel filler neck.
4. Remove the fuel filler grommet by sliding the grommet off of the fuel filler neck.

Installation

1. Install the fuel filler grommet onto the fuel filler neck.
2. Install the fuel filler cap onto the fuel tank.
3. Install the quarter outer panel. Refer to "Quarter Outer Panel" installation procedure in this service manual.
4. Open the fuel filler door and connect the fuel filler cap safety strap to the fuel filler door hinge.
