Ignition and Start Switch Replacement

IGNITION AND START SWITCH REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE






1. Remove the steering column upper shroud.
2. Remove the ignition switch fasteners and switch.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Connect the electrical harness.
2. Position the ignition switch and install the fasteners.

TIGHTEN
Tighten the ignition switch screws to 1.5 Nm (13.3 lb in).

3. Install the steering column upper shroud.
