4. Output Shaft

1. Remove the reverse driven gear washer.
2. Remove the reverse driven gear.
3. Remove reverse driven gear needle bearing.
4. Remove forward/reverse dog clutch sleeve.





5. Place press support under the 2nd driven gear thrust washer. Remove the following components:
5.1 Reverse driven gear needle bearing race.
5.2 Forward/reverse dog clutch hub.
5.3 2nd driven gear.
5.4 2nd driven gear bearing race.
5.5 2nd driven gear thrust washer.





6. Remove 2nd/3rd driven gear spacer.
7. Use gear puller if necessary to remove 3rd driven gear.
8. Remove 3rd driven gear split thrust washer.
9. Remove 3rd/4th gear thrust bearing.
10. Remove 4th gear and hub assembly.
11. Remove 4th driven gear needle bearing.
12. Remove 4th driven gear thrust bearing.
13. Remove 4th driven gear thrust washer.
14. Remove 4th driven gear clutch spacer.
15. Remove the 4th clutch assembly.
16. Remove the two output shaft to 4th clutch hub O-ring seals on the output shaft.
