Output Shaft Roller Bearing Removal

1. Remove bearing retaining ring.
2. Install M/T Case Output Shaft Bearing Puller SA9191T and tighten securely in bearing.





3. Install Slide Hammer SA9173G to bearing puller. Place housing, bearing side down, on a press stand. Use slide hammer to remove bearing. Use wood blocks on sealing surface to protect machined surfaces.





4. Remove transaxle lubrication funnel (oil baffle plate).
5. Remove output shaft bearing filter. Thread a rear cover bolt into the filter and pull filter out.
6. Remove stake if necessary.
7. Remove right axle seal using Axle Seal Puller SA9133T.
