Child Seat Tether Attachment: Service and Repair

CHILD SEAT TETHERS ANCHOR

REMOVAL

1. Fold down rear seat back.
2. Remove tether anchor escutcheon by pulling up at the sides.

3. Remove tether anchor fastener and remove tether anchor.

INSTALLATION
1. Position tether anchor onto rear seat structure.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE TETHER ANCHOR TAB IS INSERTED INTO NOTCH.

2. Install tether anchor fastener.

Torque:
Tether Fastener: 25 N.m (18 ft-lbs)

3. Install tether anchor escutcheon.
