Front Lower Control Arm Front Bushing Replacement

FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM FRONT BUSHING REPLACEMENT

^ TOOLS REQUIRED - J44971 Control Arm Bushing Remover/Installer

REMOVAL

CAUTION: MAKE SURE VEHICLE IS PROPERLY SUPPORTED AND SQUARELY POSITIONED ON THE HOIST. TO HELP AVOID PERSONAL INJURY, PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO THE OPPOSITE END OF THE VEHICLE THAT COMPONENTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM.





1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove front wheel and tire assembly.
3. Remove lower control arm.
4. Using Control Arm Bushing Remover/Installer J44971 (or equivalent) press out front lower control arm bushing.

INSTALLATION
1. Using Control Arm Bushing Remover/Installer J44971 (or equivalent) press in front control arm bushing.
2. Install lower control arm.
