9. Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Replacement

VARIABLE DRIVEN PULLEY BEARING REPLACEMENT

- J 43077 Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Installer
- J 45113 Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Remover
- J 45124 Adjustable Bridge
- J 8092 Driver Handle





1. Install Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Remover J45113 into the variable driven pulley bearing on torque converter and differential housing assembly.
2. Using two wrenches, tighten the Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Remover J45113.





3. Using a wrench, the Adjustable Bridge J45124 and the Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Remover J45113, remove the variable driven pulley bearing assembly from the torque converter and differential housing assembly.





IMPORTANT: Install the variable driven pulley bearing assembly with the rounded edge down.

4. Using Driver Handle J8092 (1),Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Installer J43077 (2) and a hammer, install the variable driven pulley bearing assembly into the torque converter and differential housing assembly.
