Fender Reinforcement Replacement - Lower

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front fender. Refer to Fender Replacement - Front (Fender Replacement - Front).
2. Remove the air box.
3. For the left side, remove the washer solvent reservoir. Refer to Washer Pump/Reservoir Replacement in Wiper/Washer Systems.
4. Drill out the rivers from the lower reinforcement.
5. Remove the lower reinforcement from the frame.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the lower reinforcement to the frame.
2. Install the rivets to the lower reinforcement.
3. For the left side, install the washer solvent reservoir. Refer to Washer Pump/Reservoir Replacement in Wiper/Washer Systems.
4. Install the air box.
5. Install the front fender. Refer to Fender Replacement - Front (Fender Replacement - Front).
