A/C Vent - Left Side

REMOVAL




1. Remove left side lower I/P closeout panel (hush panel) retainers and let closeout panel hang loose.




2. Remove I/P filler (knee bolster) by pulling at attaching clip locations.




3. Remove left side A/C vent fastener and partially remove vent.
4. Disconnect electrical connection from interior lamp dimmer switch.

INSTALLATION




1. If left side A/C vent is being replaced, transfer interior lamp dimmer switch to new vent.




2. Connect electrical connection to interior lamp dimmer switch.
3. Install left side A/C vent fastener.

Torque:
A/C Outlet-to-I/P Fastener: 2.5 N.m (22 in-lbs)




4. Install I/P filler (knee bolster).




5. Install left side lower I/P closeout panel (hush panel) with retainers.
