44. Spacer Plate and Gaskets

SPACER PLATE AND GASKETS

INSTALLATION

1. Inspect spacer plate and spacer plate filter for damage.
2. If damaged, replace spacer plate and spacer plate filter.

3. Install a new spacer plate-to-channel plate gasket onto channel plate.
4. Install spacer plate on top of gasket and channel plate.
5. Install spacer plate support and two bolts onto spacer plate. Hand start bolts.
Torque:
Spacer Plate Support Bolts: 14 Nm (10.5 ft. lbs.)
