Radiator Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the engine cooling fan assembly.
2. Unclip the condenser from the radiator.
3. If an automatic transaxle, unclip the transaxle oil cooler lines from the radiator.





4. Remove the radiator.





5. Remove the radiator seals.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator seals.





2. Install the radiator.





3. Clip the transaxle oil cooler, if equipped, and condenser to the radiator.
4. Install the engine cooling fan assembly.
5. Fill the cooling system.
