General System Condition - High or Low Side Restriction

IMPORTANT: Degree of restriction will alter temperature/pressure readings.

General System Condition High Or Low Side Restrictions:

KEY:
1. TEMPERATURE DROP ACROSS RESTRICTION IN LINE OR COMPONENT.
2. FROST MAY BE OBSERVED NEAR THE RESTRICTION.

THEN: Confirm condition by a thorough physical and visual inspection of all lines and components.
^ Temperature will be much colder on the down stream side of the restriction. Also look for possible frost.
^ Replace the restricted part.
^ After repair, return to diagnostic flow chart.
