Aspirator: Service and Repair

ASPIRATOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the lower right side dash closeout panel.




2. Remove the lower right side air duct.




3. Remove the lower right side console closeout panel.




4. Remove the radio trim bezel.




5. Remove the radio mounting screws.
6. Remove the radio and tilt the radio downward and lay the radio in front of the console.




7. Remove the aspirator hose.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the aspirator hose.

IMPORTANT: Failure to connect the aspirator hose securely may result in automatic climate control performance problems.




2. Install the radio.




3. Install the radio trim bezel.




4. Install the lower right side console closeout panel.




5. Install the lower right side air duct.




6. Install the lower right side dash closeout panel.
