HVAC Control Module Replacement
HVAC CONTROL MODULE REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the radio bezel trim plate.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
3. Remove the screws that secure the radio to the instrument panel (I/P).
4. Remove the electrical and the antenna connectors.
5. Remove the radio.
6. Remove the screws that secure the HVAC control module to the I/P.
7. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the HVAC control module.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connectors to the HVAC control module.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions
2. Install the screws that secure the HVAC control module to the I/P.
Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
3. Install the radio electrical and antenna connectors.
4. Install the radio.
5. Install the screws that secure the radio to the I/P.
Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
6. Connect the electrical connector.
7. Install the radio trim bezel.
