Brake Light Switch: Adjustments



STOP LAMP SWITCH ADJUSTMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the floor air outlet duct on the drivers side. Floor






2. Locate the brake light switch (1), situated on the left.
3. Turn the switch assembly with connector counter-clockwise and remove the switch.
4. Remove the switch and disconnect the connector.

IMPORTANT: The notch on plunger will be fully visible when plunger is all the way out.

5. Pull switch plunger all the way out, which may require moderate force.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE






1. Install the switch (1) in the opening.
2. Turn clockwise in order to retain the switch in place.
3. Install the floor air outlet duct on the drivers side. Floor
