Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet (L61)

- SA9111E Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Using SA9111E, remove the clamp which secures the upper radiator hose to the radiator.
4. Remove the upper radiator hose from the radiator.





5. Using SA9111E, remove the clamp which secures the upper radiator hose to the head.
6. Remove the upper radiator hose from the head.

Installation Procedure

Important: The engine end of the hose is labeled to prevent reverse installation. The white line on the hose should be installed at the 12 o'clock position.





1. Install the upper radiator hose to the head.
2. Using SA9111E, install the upper radiator hose clamp to the 3 o'clock position.





3. Install the upper radiator hose to the radiator.
4. Using SA9111E, install the upper radiator hose clamp to the 12 o'clock position.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
6. Fill the coolant.
