Wiper Motor Replacement - Rear
WIPER MOTOR REPLACEMENT - REARREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the rear wiper arm.
2. Open the lift gate.
3. Remove lift gate trim panel.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the rear wiper motor.
5. While supporting the rear wiper motor, remove the bolts.
6. Remove the wiper motor from the lift gate.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the rear wiper motor to the lift gate.
2. While supporting the rear wiper motor, install the bolts.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten the bolts to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
3. Connect the electrical connector to the rear wiper motor.
4. Install the lift gate trim panel.
5. Close the lift gate.
6. Remove the rear wiper arm.
7. Inspect the wiper/washer system for proper operation.
