108. Front Differential Assembly Installation

Front Differential Assembly Installation





1. Install the front differential assembly (919) into the torque converter housing assembly (1150).
2. Install the automatic transmission fluid baffle plate (927), ensuring that the differential is clear of the baffle plate. Secure the fluid baffle plate using a M6 x 1.0 x 80 mm flanged bolt/screw (928) and a M6 x 1.0 x 95mm flanged bolt/screw (929).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Tighten the fluid baffle flange bolt/screws.
- Tighten the bolt/screws to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
