Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the right hand axle. in Wheel Drive Shafts.
3. Remove the bolts from the power take-off unit (PTU) brace and engine.
4. Remove the brace.

Installation Procedure

1. Position brace to the vehicle and hand start all bolts.
- Tighten the bolts to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the right hand axle. in Wheel Drive Shafts.
