Lock Replacement - Rear Door - Upper

Removal Procedure

1. Open the front and rear doors.
2. Remove the rear door upper garnish molding.
3. Remove the rear door handle.
4. Remove the rear door upper lock fasteners.




5. Remove the rear door upper lock with the cable attached.
6. Remove the rear door upper lock cable from the upper lock.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the rear door upper lock cable onto the upper lock.
2. Install the rear door upper lock and cable into the door.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the rear door upper lock fasteners.

Tighten the fasteners to 10 N.m (89 lb in).




4. Install the rear door handle.
5. Install the rear door upper garnish molding.
6. Close the rear and front doors.
